11. I received an email that says I have received a payment. But when I checked my Processor account I didn’t find the payment. What should I do?

First, check ALL your payment accounts. Sometimes people can make mistakes. Have that member send you the transaction details and send them to the admin and we will help that member get the funds over to you and approved their account.

13. Can I re-enter into Stage 1 more than one time?

NO, Members are only allowed 1 position in each level but can have multiple accounts per household.
